Contract Value: £78,000. Sub contract to Noel Regan & Sons Civil Engineering an Irish company who we sub contract to. There contract was upgrading the water mains and services to the observatory which also required an extension to the water tank housing building which we undertook. This involved civils, brick block and stone work, steel frames to hold the additional tanks, joinery and flat roofing works.
