Waverley is the busiest train station in the UK outside of London.
Contract value £384,000: We originally undertook existing ticket office refurbishment works, which included down takings, structural alterations, associated steelwork, brickwork and all finishing trades. We were then subsequently awarded an additional contract to form 2 new lift shafts.
This was a complex contract working within Scotland’s busiest station which was still live at the time of the works, liaising with other contractors, Scotrail and the public as well as working within Network Rail's strict health & safety policies.
